Free to Grow Farm is just starting but with the promising success of our first group we hope to add more and more groups like project inclusion and continue to grow the whole Free to Grow community. Contact us if your group is interested in joining our farm and family!

Project Inclusion
Project Inclusion is a partnership with the Comox Valley community to guide and support young adults with a disability, increasing their confidence and competence to reach their highest potential and lead fulfilling lives.
Each individual comes to Project Inclusion with their own specific goals. The Coordinator and The Project Inclusion staff assist the youth in setting, working towards, and achieving their goals.
Project Inclusion has started off a great year at the Free to Grow Farm, returning weekly to tend to their crops. All members of the group are excited for an opportunity to have fun in the fresh air, but at the same time work hard and create a sustainable garden.
